"Feather Feeder."
An adult Pied-billed Grebe feeds a fuzzy feather to its chick. Behind the lens. Because Grebes eat fish, they end up with a belly full of undigestable fish bones. So they eat small body feathers to line the stomach and to help form pellets of feathers and bones, which they can then regurgitate -- sort of like owl pellets.
