"Sparkling Waters."
The evening sun sparkles across the lake while young Ring-necked ducklings look for a little dinner before nightfall. You can read more about Ring-necked Ducks here at my "Wild & Free Montana" website. Behind the lens. I was shoulder-deep in the lake and shivering cold when I created this image. But I was mesmerized by the flashing sparkles, and so I waded along with my camera -- keeping the ducks in the shaft of golden light -- until I could no longer keep up.
